Loud Shirt Day

I have been desperate to get involved with some fundraising for great causes and what better way to start than with Loud Shirt Day!!?

A great cause

This year the annual appeal is being held on Friday the 23rd of September and helps children with hearing difficulties learn to listen and talk like their hearing friends. Loud Shirt Day is not only an awesome excuse to go fashion crazy but also a way to raise money for two deserving charities. Neither The Hearing House or the Southern Cochlear Implant Paediatric Programme charge deaf children and their families for their services.

How to donate

I have created a unique custom artwork and loaded for auction on Trade Me. The auction is for an original A3 watercolour of 2 kingfishers in 'loud' colours (pictured below). You can place your bid Trade Me to raise funds. Lets dig deep and help support our amazing kiwi kids! Trade Me has kindly waived success fees for this auction so 100% of the winning bid will be directly donated to the Loud Shirt Day appeal.

Here is a link to the Fundraiser Auction or you can donate directly at the Loud Shirt Day Donation Form
